Terms and Conditions

To secure your spot, we require a minimum 50% transfer/deposit. The remaining balance is due at least 3 weeks before the booking date.

Payment commission fees are not included in the price. Wise transfer (about 1-2%), Paypal (6-8%), Wire transfer (around 30-50 usd).

In order to go on a trip with us, you will have to sign a liability release. The activities that we offer have an inherent risk, which is why we highly advise getting a medical travel insurance for your trip.


Cancellation and refunds

If the cancellation is made 3 months (90 days) before the booking date we give a full refund (commission fees not included, if it applies)

If the cancellation is made less than 3 months (90 days) before the booking date, the payment made is non-refundable. In which case, please contact us, we will try to resell your spot and if we do, we can credit you on a future expedition with us.

If we have to cancel due to bad weather, you will get an option to change your date or get a full refund (commission fees not included, if it applies).

Each course/expedition has a minimum people required. In case the minimum required is not reached, you will be able to reschedule or receive a full refund (commission fees not included, if it applies). In order to avoid this, we recommend booking with anticipation (at least 1 or 2 months prior to the trip start), or dates published in our calendar, or booking a private trip



If there is a bad weather day during your expedition, we always have a plan B to make sure we have an activity. There are no cancelations due to bad weather. In the extreme case that there were multiple bad weather days, you will recieve an exclusive discount for a future expedition.

Once a booking has been made with a deposit, there are no refunds.
