I don’t know how to Frenzel, will I learn it in this course?

Yes — you will learn both Frenzel equalization and reverse packing during this course.
However, if you currently struggle with equalization, we strongly recommend taking an equalization workshop beforehand.

Some equalization issues require time and consistent dry practice to resolve. Addressing them before the course will allow you to arrive better prepared and make the most of your in-water training — focusing on depth, technique, and progression rather than troubleshooting basics.

Day 1 and 2: theory and pool (8am-1pm)

Day 3 and 4: Depth sessions (9am-1pm)

Requerimientos necesarios para tomar el curso

To enroll in the AIDA3 Advanced Freediver Course, an individual must:

Tener 18 años de edad o más (16 o 17 años con el consentimiento de los padres o tutor)
Have completed the AIDA2 course or have completed the AIDA2 Crossover Evaluation if crossing over from another freediving agency

This isn’t an official AIDA requirement, but based on our experience as a freediving school, we strongly recommend that before joining this course you feel comfortable reaching 20 meters multiple times in a session.

If you’re not there yet, it’s best to spend some time training first and build that comfort at depth. Once 20 meters feels relaxed and repeatable, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the course and get the most out of the skills we teach.
