This course covers the essential basics of freediving and is designed as a gentle introduction to the sport. It’s ideal for those who want to try freediving before committing to a longer course, or for travelers with limited time who still want a meaningful first experience in the water.

Beginner Freediving Course
Starting from the basics, this four-day course blends physical and mental theory with extensive practice in confined and open water. You’ll learn freediving disciplines, safety protocols, and technique refinement — building confidence, awareness, and better results with each dive.

Intermediate-advanced Freediver Course:
This freediving course is about refinement and awareness. Over several days, you’ll work on efficiency, depth, and discipline-specific skills while strengthening safety, mental focus, and trust in the water. This course is where freediving begins to feel effortless, intentional, and deeply connected.
