Yucatan Peninsula

We are happy to announce our first official Cenote Expedition! During the Cenote Expedition we will take you to the most wonderful cenotes around the Yucatan. This is a circuit trip, meaning that we will be traveling from one mind-blowing cenote to another. The idea of the Cenote Expedition started last year, when Tyler and I traveled to the Yucatan Peninsula to explore cenotes. It was wonderful, we were ecstatic with the diversity and formations of the cenotes that we found. Lastly but not least, the Yucatecan food and its people were incredibly hospitable.

During this week we will go through magical cenotes mainly to freedive for fun and take pictures and videos, but of course “serious” training sessions will be performed too. We wanted to add some cultural and historical highlights to the expedition to make it more authentic, so we will also have a temazcal ceremony with an experienced chaman and visit two ancient mayan ruins. In each town we go there will also be free time to get to know the gastronomy.

Come explore the underwater world with us!

We want to make this trip the most enjoyable for everyone, so our only requirement for this expedition is to have an AIDA 2 star freediving course or equivalent. Don’t have a certification? No worries, before our trip we have an AIDA 2 course that you can attend with 20% off normal price. Are you in? Get ready!
